A warm, friendly and safe environment
At Capellas we offer full and part time care for babies and children up to 5 years old and in out of school clubs we offer care until 12 years old. We take great care to ensure that our settings offer a warm, friendly and safe environment with on-site parking. We are proud of the fact that many of our families first hear about us through recommendations from our current parents.
Capellas treat your information with the highest level of confidentiality and will only use the data you share with us to meet our statutory obligations and to inform the highest level of care and education.
Our Approach
Our approach ensures that your child feels safe and confident with the staff and their environment providing a positive platform for their learning. We recognise the importance of working together with parents, and our staff are very proud of their partnership with parents. We also help children to feel valued and listened to. As they grow, children are encouraged to take part in shaping what they learn. Choosing activities, thinking about what they like and selecting options promotes self-esteem and an awareness of others.
Safe Environment
Our safe and nurturing environment is provided by trained and informed staff who are passionate about childcare as a vocation. Our leaders and managers are selected because they understand the importance of developing the whole child and working in partnership with you. The psychological, emotional, physical and educational needs of the children and families in our care is always at the heart of our decision making.
Your Role
Your role within the nursery is as important as ours and we value the partnership we have with parents. Using our tailored software, you can monitor the learning and add observations yourself so we can see what happens at home. We welcome you into the setting at any time and have formal parent’s evenings to let you know about progress.
Our Staff
We employ safe, knowledgable and experienced staff. We want you to feel confident that we recognise the importance of your trust in us. We listen to your feedback and work hard to ensure you and your child are welcomed to the Capellas family. We continue to improve and grow our practice every day.
All staff members are lovely, my daughter loves this place she’s learnt so much here and they are very understanding and reassuring when leaving children for 1st time and settling in. Love how they take the children to the local park/library and opportunity to do rhythm time. Very professional and show genuine care for the children.
